Die Kraft der Intention

This year, I wanted to be as truthful, open and fiercely vulnerable as possible – and it already took me to places inside and outside of myself that I couldn't have even imagined a few months ago.

This is the power of intention. It dismantles everything that isn't real, leaves what is meant to stay and pulls in situations and people operating on completely different frequencies.

If you start to change one thing about yourself – and really change it – the effect will ripple through all aspects of your life. Ultimately, what's left is a version of yourself that carries within her all that you once were, yet is so much more and so much less at the same time.

Will you do me the biggest honor and join me there? To go deeper, to look closely, to embody what's inside of you – in the midst of all the chaos, the fear and crumbling systems we are currently witnessing? Do you dare to share your medicine with others?

I believe in this time of massive transformation, the world not only needs us to be aware and present. It also needs us to feel connected. To ourselves, to each other, our communities – and to Earth herself.
